DHL Supply Chain in Redlands, CA is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead to supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks and shift schedules, and train new associates while supporting cross-training.

The role requires 3+ years in a supply chain or warehouse leadership, 6+ months operation of stand-up equipment, and experience with inventory control and WMS systems; it offers second shift 3:00pm-1:30am and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up material handling equipment is required (6+ months).
• Experience with WMS or similar systems (e.g., JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manually load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner.
• Move product to storage areas with appropriate equipment and store merchandise properly.
• Assemble, pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in physical inventories and maintain inventory accuracy.
