Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Welcomes and acknowledges guests according to standards and anticipates service needs.
• Speaks with others using clear and professional language; prepares written documents accurately.
• Develops positive working relationships; supports team to reach goals.
• Complies with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods; lifts/carries objects up to 10 pounds.
• Performs other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating associates; role model for Open Door Policy.
