Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to maintain campus landscaping, operate turf and garden equipment, and support daily facilities operations with a focus on safety and patient-friendly surroundings.

You will lead small teams, perform mowing, trimming, planting, watering and fertilizing, and coordinate with campus security and facilities managers to ensure timely completion of tasks. DL required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in landscape maintenance.
• Strong understanding of horticultural practices and plant identification.
• Skilled in common landscape equipment operation (weed eaters, hedge trimmers, edgers, mowers).
• Ability to lead small teams through projects and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold safety/communication standards.
• Supervise workers, manage assignments, and coordinate with campus security and facilities management.
