Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking a reliable groundskeeper to maintain the landscaping of our Vermont properties. This full-time, year-round role includes supervising a junior groundskeeper during the season and assisting with winter prep and light snow clearing.

You will work hands-on with a focus on well-manicured facilities, safety, and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Competitive compensation includes RSUs/PSUs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of turf care, plantings, and landscape maintenance.
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment and snowplow.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees and shrubs.
• Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds and gardens.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain parking lots and walkways; sweep and pressure wash as needed.
• Perform snow removal during winter months.
• Monitor grounds for maintenance issues and report to supervisor.
• Coordinate with contractors for pest control and other maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the landscaping and outdoor grounds of the BETA Technologies properties. This role is essential to creating a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This is a full-time, year-round position. You will work hands-on while supervising a junior groundskeeper during the landscaping season. In the off-season, you will work to prepare the grounds for winter and manage some light snow clearing and other general facilities maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining well-manicured facilities and have a strong work ethic.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees and shrubs
• Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds and gardens
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain parking lots and walkways; sweep and pressure wash as needed
• Maintain irrigation systems and plant new gra
• Monitor grounds for maintenance issues and report to supervisor
• Coordinate with contractors for pest control, tree services, and other specialized maintenance
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Perform some snow removal during winter months

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Knowledge of turf care, plantings, and landscape maintenance
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment and snowplow

Above & Beyond Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial property maintenance
• Foreman or supervisory experience
• Proficiency with irrigation systems
• Equipment repair and troubleshooting skills

Compensation

$30 - $36 USD
