BETA Technologies in Vermont is seeking a Cleaning Specialist who takes pride in a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. You will clean and maintain manufacturing floors, labs, offices, and shared spaces, following safety protocols. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain advanced manufacturing floors, R&D labs, offices, and shared spaces.
• Perform detailed cleaning of high-tech production areas while following safety and compliance protocols.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces to professional standards.
• Remove waste and recyclables properly and safely.
• Restock supplies and notify supervisors of inventory needs.
• Support a culture of safety, organization, and operational excellence.

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role.
