Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Lead or Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the grounds crew, assigning tasks and providing on‑the‑job training.
• Safely operate a variety of heavy and light equipment and perform routine maintenance on them.
• Create and update work orders; communicate progress and issues to management.
• Conduct safety meetings and training; promote a culture of safety and compliance.
