California State University, Fresno is seeking a Lead Groundsworker to supervise 5–10 staff in general grounds maintenance across campus. The role may involve more specialized irrigation, turf, and landscape tasks and could require after-hours and weekend work.

The position is full-time, non-exempt with a salary range of $3,890 to $5,555 per month. CSU benefits include health, dental, vision, CalPERS, paid holidays, and education fee waiver eligibility. Applications close November 17, 2026.

Formación

• Two years of experience in planting, cultivating, and maintaining flowers/shrubs.
• Experience leading and assisting a team of horticultural workers.
• Valid California Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Possession of correct California Department of Pesticide Regulation license (QAL or QAC).

Responsabilidades
