California State University, Chico is seeking a Lead Groundsworker to oversee 1 Groundsworker and 5–10 student employees around residence halls. You’ll plan, train, coordinate work, and manage supplies, budgets, and payroll. Work independently or as part of a team to maintain landscape areas and support projects.

The role is full-time, with a Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and CSU’s salary range noted. CSU offers benefits including a tuition fee waiver for eligible employees.

Formación

• Requires two years of experience in planting, cultivating and maintaining flowers and shrubs, or in general grounds maintenance work.
• Preference may be given to applicants with specialized skills in spraying, pest control, irrigation, tree trimming, landscape construction.
