Qualifications

• Twenty-four semester hours in a plant science or landscape field of study.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support direct reports, inmate labor, and contract labor on daily landscape maintenance and installation tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and procure materials and equipment for maintenance and project tasks.
• Perform HR-related tasks such as timekeeping, performance reviews, and accident reports; ensure machinery is cleaned and maintained; conduct safety meetings monthly.
• Supervise equipment maintenance, irrigation inspections, system commissioning, and follow-up repairs for proper operation.
• Perform other duties as directed.
