Candidates should bring 4–6+ years in groundskeeping or related fields, with irrigation and carpentry skills, plus a high school diploma. Licenses and safe operation of equipment are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or horticulture operations.
• Hands-on expertise in irrigation systems, landscape equipment operation, and basic carpentry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in horticulture or landscape management is a plus.
• Irrigation and pesticide applicator licenses valued; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced grounds and horticultural maintenance, including planting, pruning, irrigation troubleshooting, and landscape care.
• Maintain and enhance planting beds, turf, and landscapes while upholding aesthetic standards and guest experience.
• Monitor plant health, diagnose issues, and implement pest management and seasonal care programs.
• Lead and support advanced grounds operations, including equipment use and safety-focused oversight.
• Coordinate repairs to outdoor structures and collaborate with Facilities or vendors for larger projects.
• Provide guidance and informal training to junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
