Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a major Chicago ground-up development, including mission-critical facilities and a healthcare component.

You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, drive the project schedule, ensure safety and quality, and manage site logistics across sitework, structures, interiors, and turnover, with long-term project security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on major ground-up projects.
• Experience in mission-critical, commercial or healthcare sectors.
• Procore experience preferred and strong safety mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across major ground-up construction projects.
• Manage assistants, field engineers, subcontractors, and trades.
• Drive project schedule, sequencing and milestone delivery.
• Oversee site logistics, manpower planning and trade coordination.
• Coordinate complex mission-critical, commercial and healthcare construction.
• Oversee work from sitework and foundations through turnover.
