Gemini Industries Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Ground Systems Technician to manage TT&C infrastructure at Peterson Space Force Base.

You will lead maintenance of ground equipment, antennas, and associated subsystems to ensure mission readiness in a high-tempo, on-site environment. The role requires Active TS/SCI clearance, a technical certification or Associate Degree in Engineering, and 5–10 years of hands-on experience with telemetry, tracking, and command systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at start of contract performance.
• Technical certification or Associate Degree in Engineering.
• Five to ten years of hands-on ground-system equipment maintenance focusing on telemetry, tracking, and command systems.
• At least five years using ground-system test equipment and interpreting complex electrical and RF schematics.
• Two years of leadership and project management experience.
• Deep operational knowledge of satellite communications and ability to interpret complex technical data.

Responsabilités

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on TT&C ground equipment, antenna systems, and related circuits.
• Troubleshoot RF, electrical, electromechanical, and network-system faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Interpret electrical/RF schematics and maintenance requirements.
• Direct ground system anomaly responses, repairs, and acceptance tests.
• Maintain work orders, logs, and equipment accountability.
• Coordinate site safety and vendor activities.
