Job summary

QinetiQ US in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Ground Execution Lead to support the Space Development Agency mission. You will advise COR/AOR and manage DoD acquisitions planning, contracts, and risk, enabling rapid ground segment development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with satellite and ground systems.
• Strong experience in DoD acquisitions program planning and execution.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and supplier/subcontractor oversight.
• TS Clearance required; ability to obtain/maintain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Assists and advises government COR/AOR on DoD acquisitions program planning and execution.
• Ensure PWSA Ground Segment requirements closure including terrestrial communication elements, development, test, and integration environments.
• Maintain awareness of baseline requirements and interfaces to progress milestones.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot to transition Ground Segment to operations.
• Ensure documentation, infrastructure, environments, licenses, and displays are configured and running.
• Work with mission operations to support DOTMLPF-P CONOPS.
• Provide expertise across the Systems Engineering cycle and address gaps proactively.
