Job summary

Lumbee Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Ground C2 Systems Engineer at Camp Pendleton, CA.

This exempt role provides technical leadership in the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of ground-based C2 systems across complex environments. The ideal candidate will have strong systems engineering fundamentals, experience with C2 systems, and the ability to lead engineering efforts while ensuring quality, configuration management, and program milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering fundamentals in C2 environments.
• Ability to lead technical efforts and mentor team members.
• Experience analyzing requirements and developing test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical guidance to teams supporting test, engineering, and training for Ground C2 systems.
• Define, organize, and assign engineering and testing activities to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement solutions to complex technical challenges across multiple systems.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Analyze customer requirements and test objectives to develop engineering/test plans.
• Develop, review, and contribute to technical documentation and artifacts.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings to customers and stakeholders.
• Document system performance and issues encountered during tests and engineering events.
• Collaborate with customers to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize resources for concurrent activities.
• Manage and maintain lab environments and configurations.
• Support configuration management and quality control processes.
• Execute project objectives within established timelines for mission success.
• Other duties as assigned.
