Job summary

Vets Hired is seeking a Ground C2 Systems Engineer to provide engineering, testing, integration, and technical support for Ground Command and Control systems. The role leads engineering efforts, develops technical solutions, supports system testing, manages laboratory configurations, and collaborates with customers to ensure successful execution of complex defense system projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with Ground C2 systems such as JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, CDN, JBC-P, or MCH.
• Experience with project management, configuration management, and quality control.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, and Cisco networking is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSE, CISSP, or CSEP are a plus.
