Job summary

Trident Ventures is seeking a Grounds Maintenance professional to support Loch Lloyd Country Club in the United States. This role involves performing grounds maintenance, mowing greens, managing water, and leading small projects as needed.

You will mentor and train other associates, uphold safety standards, and act with integrity and professionalism while representing the club in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of two years golf course maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks instructed by Team Leads within Golf Course Maintenance Operations.
• Check fuel and oil levels, refuel and clean equipment after tasks.
• Report malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions to Team Leads.
• Mow greens, tees, and fairways following daily plan.
• Perform fertilizer and pesticide applications under supervision.
• Manage water relations, including hand watering and overhead irrigation.
• Lead or participate in small projects (bunker renovations, drainage, irrigation).
• Mentor other associates and teach proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and environment.
• Represent Loch Lloyd Country Club professionally at all times.
