Job summary
NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team that develops workstation graphics and system software across graphics, APIs, and operating systems. Qualifications
- 8+ years in industry with 3+ years in software management
- Strong understanding of computer architecture and OS fundamentals
- Background in graphics drivers or GPU software
- Proficient in debugging, design reviews, and technical decisions
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for graphics driver development on new GPU architectures
- Guide design, implementation, optimization, and validation of driver features
- Collaborate with architecture, hardware, compiler, platform software, and QE teams
- Drive investigations of complex correctness, performance, and stability issues
- Set priorities and execute plans balancing enablement, performance, and maintainability
- Advance practices with automated validation and AI-assisted development
