Job summary

Neo Group is seeking an experienced Graphic/Visual Designer to lead and inspire a design team. You will mentor junior designers, shape creative direction, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while delivering high-quality assets for marketing campaigns.

The role requires strong motion design skills and a deep understanding of LATAM markets. Lead initiatives to develop scalable design processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explore AI-powered techniques to enhance creativity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
• 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience in iGaming, betting, or gambling.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.
• Motion design experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Expert Photoshop skills; proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create polished visuals and adapt concepts across formats.
• Fluent English and strong Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level designers, allocating projects and building a high-performing team.
• Oversee creative reviews, provide feedback, and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop scalable design processes, brand guidelines, and asset systems including LATAM playbooks.
• Research LATAM and Brazilian design trends to create culturally relevant concepts.
• Analyze design performance and explore AI-powered tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Create promotional visuals across multiple formats and adapt assets as needed.
• Handle post-production tasks, including retouching, color correction, and 3D renders integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, graphic designers, and motion designers to support marketing initiatives.
