Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Math, Stats or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of ML/DL production experience.
• 8+ years leading advanced DL research and enterprise-scale implementation.
• Experience as a senior technical IC or leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of DL solutions in Databricks Lakehouse.
• Serve as technical authority for GNNs, graph learning, and DL architectures.
• Architect scalable ML platforms with reusable frameworks and governance.
• Define evaluation, explainability, and governance for models.
• Lead distributed training, data processing, and inference at scale.
• Fine-tune and productionize foundation models, LLMs, and AI systems.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate opportunities into AI solutions.
• Influence AI strategy and roadmaps while mentoring senior staff.
