Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years as PM or owner's representative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital projects from initiation to closeout within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other consultants.
• Provide daily oversight and maintain clear communication with clients and project teams.
• Organize and archive project documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Develop, update, and track project schedules and budgets through all phases.
• Review contracts, invoices, and payments; process change orders.
