Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Econ/Econometrics, OR, Engineering, or related field.
• 14+ years in data science/analytics or data platform work; includes 5+ years managing data scientists or analytics engineers.
• Experience building governed data foundations at enterprise scale and data product ownership.
• Strong SQL and Python to set architectural direction and review team work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of senior, staff, and principal data scientists; develop domain leads.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and promotion advocacy; build talent pipeline.
• Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and financial case for the Data Foundations portfolio.
• Establish governed entities, metric layers, and semantic knowledge layers as trusted data sources.
• Lead AI/GenAI initiatives and development of actor-like data tooling; measure AI-native experiences.
