Intuit is seeking a Manager 3 to lead the Data Foundations team for Customer Success analytics and AI capabilities in Mountain View, CA. The role focuses on governance, data quality, and scalable data products that power analytics and AI across the organization.

You will manage a team of senior-level data scientists, drive strategic roadmaps, and partner with Finance and TPM to quantify impact while shaping cross-functional initiatives at executive levels.

Formación

• 14+ years in data science/analytics or data platform work
• 5+ years directly managing data scientists or analytics engineers
• Strong foundation in SQL and Python to set architectural direction
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and pipeline orchestration
• Experience building AI/GenAI or agentic data capabilities
• Ability to influence executives without direct authority
• Experience owning multi-million-dollar impact portfolios

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of senior, staff, and principal data scientists; develop domain leads responsible for end-to-end data domains
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and promotion advocacy for the team
• Raise technical bar through review standards and best practices
• Scale leadership with delegation and inclusive culture
• Define strategic vision, roadmap, and financial case for Data Foundations portfolio
• Develop KPI frameworks and a standardized metric model across data domains
• Translate business strategy into analytical and data-architecture problems at BU level
• Represent team in executive forums and organization-wide reviews
• Drive data quality via embedded design in product lifecycle
• Establish governed entities and semantic layers as trusted data sources
• Own end-to-end customer journey data products
• Lead data security and compliance execution for data estate
• Negotiate ownership boundaries with Data Engineering and PD partners
• Lead AI/GenAI implementations for key initiatives
• Develop data tooling for automation and problem detection
• Measure AI-native experiences with model performance metrics
