Job summary

Sarasota National Club in Venice, FL, seeks a full-time Golf Teaching Professional to enhance member experiences and grow golf instruction programs. As an associate of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Promote instructional programs, conduct clinics and schools, and oversee range setup, equipment, and teaching aids. Bachelor’s degree and PGA/LPGA Class A required; strong English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college; or three to five years related experience.
• PGA/LPGA Class A certification.
• Experience with golf instruction, clinics, and program development.

Responsibilities

• Teaches the fundamentals of the golf swing as established by the Director of Instruction.
• Designs and implements marketing ideas to promote golf instruction and generate revenues.
• Oversees range setup and equipment; maintains driving range and lesson tee.
• Promotes club golf activities including junior clinics; coordinates weekly clinics.
• Interacts with staff; participates in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
