Job summary

Triple Stick Golf Operations is seeking a Head Golf Pro in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role leads all golf operations, delivers instruction, and oversees events to enhance member and guest experiences.

The candidate will manage a team of golf professionals, coordinate tee times and tournaments, and drive revenue while upholding high service standards. A Class A PGA/LPGA certification and 5+ years in instruction and operations are required.

Qualifications

• Must have PGA/LPGA Class A certification or equivalent recognized golf professional accreditation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf instruction and operations management.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team within a golf facility or country club environment.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert golf instruction and coaching to players of all skill levels, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs.
• Manage daily golf operations, including tee time scheduling, tournament coordination, and golf shop oversight.
• Recruit, train, and supervise assistant golf professionals and support staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote golf programs, increase participation, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with club members, guests, vendors, and industry partners to enhance the club’s reputation and member satisfaction.
