Job summary

Triple Stick Golf Operations in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks a Head Golf Pro to oversee all golf operations and deliver top-tier instruction. You will lead a team of professionals, manage events, and build strong member relationships to enhance the club’s reputation and grow participation.

The role requires PGA/LPGA Class A certification, 5+ years of leadership in golf operations, and a deep knowledge of golf rules and teaching methods.

Qualifications

PGA or LPGA Class A certification or equivalent recognized golf professional accreditation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf instruction and golf operations management.
Proven leadership experience managing a team within a golf facility or country club environment.
Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide expert golf instruction and coaching to players of all skill levels, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs.
Manage daily golf operations, including tee time scheduling, tournament coordination, and golf shop oversight.
Recruit, train, and supervise assistant golf professionals and support staff to ensure consistent service quality.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote golf programs, increase participation, and drive revenue growth.
Maintain strong relationships with club members, guests, vendors, and industry partners to enhance the club’s reputation and member satisfaction.
