Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Palm Springs, CA seeks an experienced Golf Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day golf operations and staff. You will lead teaching professionals, manage tee times, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our golf facilities.

The role requires PGA/LPGA Class A membership, strong leadership, and a solid background in golf management and teaching. Knowledge of POS and resort operations is a plus; onsite work with seasonal outdoor duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Active PGA or LPGA Class A Membership in good standing.
• Prior golf management and teaching experience; teaching certification a plus.
• Must have strong people and customer service skills, basic knowledge of golf, management, computer skills, and office equipment.
• Experience with POS and tee time management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and supervise golf staff and instructors.
• Implement Agua Caliente policies and procedures.
• Schedule monthly team meetings for golf operations.
• Oversee all golf operations and course facilities.
• Manage golf shop staff, outside services, starters and player assistants.
• Provide staff evaluations and performance reviews.
• Handle payroll adjustments and monitor hours.
