Job summary

Golf Ranch is hiring for an Instruction Lead & Brand Ambassador in Glendale, AZ. This full-time role combines elite golf instruction with brand-building across channels, including clinics and regular lessons. You will work with the GM to scale new formats and drive customer engagement while delivering exceptional, on-brand experiences.

The position emphasizes teaching all levels, collaboration with marketing, and use of Toptracer/TrackMan to track progress. Local or relocation to AZ is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated golf proficiency: competitive playing background or teaching experience.
• Golf-obsessed with passion for teaching all levels (beginners through advanced).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging, high-quality lessons across formats: private, group, and multi-week clinics.
• Help stand up and grow new lesson formats (women's clinics, junior programs, social and coed formats).
• Collaborate with marketing to generate instruction content (videos, photography) for website and social media.
• Partner with your site's GM and team to keep the instruction program running smoothly.
• Keep a consistent, reliable schedule integrated with Golf Ranch's master lesson calendar.
• Use shot-tracking technology (Toptracer / TrackMan) to assess students and show progress.
• Deliver a welcoming, on-brand experience that turns first-time students into regulars.
• Communicate on-time and in a professional manner with customers.
