The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership in golf operations, a degree in agronomy or turfgrass science, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in golf course management.
• Degree in Agronomy, Turfgrass Science, Horticulture or related field preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budget development and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all golf course and grounds maintenance operations and agronomic programs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and capital and operating budgets.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Director of Golf on course conditions and projects.
• Engage with members and staff to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
