Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Assistant Superintendent-No. 10-Exempt to oversee daily maintenance of the golf course to predetermined standards. The role requires an Associate's degree and at least three years of related experience, plus a North Carolina Pesticide license.

You will supervise Golf Course Technicians, ensure safety, manage turf practices, and maintain chemical application records in a demanding golf environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required and a minimum of three years related experience.
• Must have NC Pesticide license.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle or company insured vehicle with valid driver's license and annual MVR checks.
• Apply sound turf management practices (fertilization, aerification, irrigation).
• Supervise Golf Course Technicians and other associates using standard management methods.
• Operate in a safe manner and promote safety.
• Apply plant protectants according to Pinehurst policy and NC law.
• Maintain records of plant protectant applications.
