Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Foreman-No.11-Full Time to lead day-to-day upkeep of our No.11 course and assist with renovation projects. The role requires hands-on supervision of maintenance staff, adherence to resort standards, and a focus on playability and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED plus 3 years related experience; valid driver’s license and ability to operate grounds equipment; and a commitment to Pinehurst's hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courses and assist with renovations.
• Oversee mowing, grooming, and water turf.
• Inspect and supervise course conditions.
• Maintain records of plant protection applications.
• Follow Pinehurst policies and North Carolina law.
