We are looking for a Lead Golang Developernow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Architect and implement distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native solutions.
• Communication with the front-end team to ensure proper API integration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on resolving system bottlenecks.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in Go (Golang), including concurrency patterns, performance optimization and idiomatic Go practices.
• Experience designing and building distributed, scalable and high-performance systems.
• Practical experience with Angular (a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including configuration, tuning and monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and API design.
• English level: B2+
