Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Go Language Developer to architect scalable backend systems and raise engineering quality. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence architectural choices, and improve testing practices while ensuring reliable service operations.

You will interact directly with customers, design and maintain backend services, and drive automated testing and code review processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, applicable experience building Go applications.
• Experience guiding and overseeing development teams.
• Background architecting, deploying, and sustaining cloud-hosted web services (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
