Job summary

Marlen International in Riverside, Missouri is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital equipment projects from order through installation, commissioning, and handoff to ongoing support. You will serve as the primary internal project contact, coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum of three years of project management experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, automation, or food processing.
U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use ERP/project-tracking systems.
PMP certification or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple OEM and customer capital equipment projects from initiation to closure.
Serve as primary internal project contact coordinating Engineering, Sales, Service, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and change orders.
Prepare and deliver project reports for management and customers.
Provide technical sales support as needed and ensure documentation compliance.
