Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, industrial automation, or food processing.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• U.S. passport or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital equipment projects from initiation to closure.
• Serve as primary internal project contact across engineering, sales, service, and manufacturing.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and change orders.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, reviews, installation planning, and commissioning.
• Communicate project status and escalate risks with customers and teams.
• Maintain project documentation and ERP records, including Syteline.
• Provide technical sales support as needed, including equipment layouts and feasibility.
• Travel as required to support projects domestically and internationally.
