The Carlyle Group is seeking an AML Manager to lead Carlyle’s global AML/KYC programs, supervise external vendors, and optimize processes across Investor lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with Legal & Compliance teams.

The position emphasizes in-office work four days per week and ongoing development of AML/KYC knowledge and controls in a complex, global organization.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required with solid academic performance.
• CAMS certification is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global AML/KYC processes with internal stakeholders and service providers.
• Review investor KYC documents during onboarding and lifecycle.
• Conduct screening access, escalations and reports for higher-risk results.
• Lead testing with third-party delegates, nominees, and intermediaries.
• Provide AML/KYC training to staff and respond to questionnaires.
• Support regulatory filings and audits as part of Compliance.
