CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Glazing Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial glazing projects in the Baltimore area. The role focuses on curtain wall, storefront, windows, and other architectural glazing systems, ensuring on-time delivery and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial glazing and field supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and lead crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate glazing installation crews across active projects.
• Manage day-to-day field operations to keep on schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Monitor installation of curtain wall, storefront, windows, and entrances.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to management.
• Troubleshoot field conditions and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and field personnel.
