Job summary

The Glass Guru of West Houston is seeking a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. You’ll move from installer to leadership, mentoring a growing team and leading high-end projects.

You’ll measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels, replace residential windows and storm doors, and ensure proper sealing and waterproofing. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75+ pounds required; OT available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field glazing team is required.
• Residential glazing installation expertise.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the glazier team on upcoming projects.
• Measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels.
• Replace residential windows and storm doors.
• Remove old glass and prepare installation surfaces; ensure proper sealing and waterproofing.
