Job summary

The Glass Guru of West Houston is seeking a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. This isn’t just an installer role—it's a leadership position with autonomy to manage high-end projects and help define our standard of excellence.

You’ll lead our glazier team, measure and install shower enclosures, doors and panels, replace residential windows and storm doors, and ensure proper sealing. Requirements include residential glazier experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75+ pounds

What You’ll Get

• Competitive hourly pay $25 to $28 per hour based on experience
• Performance bonuses potentials
• Bi -annual performance review with potential base pay increase
• Paid holidays (~10 set days in the year)
• Direct track to Lead Glazier with pay increase based on performance

Who You Are

• Required residential glazier experience
