Job summary

The Glass Guru of West Houston is seeking a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. You’ll lead a growing glazier team, measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels, and ensure top-quality results on high-end projects.

We offer an hourly wage of $25–$28, bi-annual performance reviews, paid holidays, a direct track to Lead Glazier with pay increases based on performance, and a 401(k) plan after eligibility. Join us and help scale our startup.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead our upcoming glazier team
• Measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels
• Replace residential windows and storm doors
• Remove old glass and prepare installation surfaces
• Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing
