Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for the day shift at our Ritchie County facility in Kentucky. You will lead, coach and develop a team of production associates, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities include lean implementation, 5S, scheduling optimization and close collaboration with other departments to meet delivery targets. Strong leadership, problem-solving and hands-on supervision are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a production team to achieve safety, quality and efficiency goals
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and secure working environment
• Optimize production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets
• Apply lean principles and 5S in daily operations
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with other departments to smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Drive process improvements through team engagement and problem-solving
• Ensure quality through standardized work and QC measures
• Support customer-focused processes aligned with company goals
