Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced GIS Architect to shape modernization programs for major utility environments. You will combine Esri Utility Network expertise with enterprise architecture and systems integration, delivering strategic roadmaps and hands-on leadership.

You will translate business needs into practical architectural solutions, guide delivery teams, and mentor engineers while working closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Esri Utility Network in enterprise environments.
• Background delivering GIS modernization or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into architecture/ designs.
• Knowledge of electric or gas utility operations.
• Experience guiding engineers through complex implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Architect and shape GIS and enterprise technology modernization roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership across major implementations.
• Translate requirements into practical architectural views and guidance.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
