Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a player at HS or college preferred.
• Experience as assistant or head coach preferred.

• Design and lead practices to improve individual and team performance.
• Develop values of sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork and academic balance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and address conflicts.
• Maintain schedules, records, and evaluations for games and practices.
• Enforce school and league safety rules and player conduct.
• Communicate with parents, staff, booster clubs and community.
• Assist with other duties as appropriate.
