Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills, with empathy for the ethos of the Catholic Church. This position includes a comprehensive total rewards package and a salary range of $85,000-$132,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of institutional fundraising experience or related background.
• High levels of productive time management capabilities.
• An empathy with the ethos of the Catholic Church.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and engage with lead gift donors.
• Prepare communications and ensure gifts are tracked in the database.
• Lead weekly check-in meetings with the Lead Gifts team.
