Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a Lead Clinical Therapist to provide clinical leadership, oversee a team of therapists, and deliver direct patient care within the LTC/SNF Therapy program in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. You will ensure compliance, support onboarding, and promote evidence-based practices while coordinating with psychiatry and care teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality documentation, and workflow optimization in a fast-paced geriatric behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Nevada unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, documentation, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical guidance and support to therapists.
• Monitor clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of new clinical staff.
• Promote adherence to evidence-based practices and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, medical providers, and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with therapist caseload distribution and productivity monitoring.
• Foster team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and other departments.
