Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience drilling soil nails, micro piles, soldier piles, anchors, and/or piers.
• Valid Driver's License without restriction required.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass Worksteps Evaluation.
• Driving records within company standards.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety rules.
• OSHA 10 ETD preferred.
• First Aid/CPR preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Crane operating and rigging experience preferred.
• Mechanical skills with small engine, hydraulic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and stop work if unsafe; report near misses or injuries.
• Install steel reinforcing materials for shotcrete construction.
• Excavate, trim, and move soil with equipment and hand tools.
• Oversee shotcrete and grouting operations.
• Drill/drive and install nailed or grouted soils and piers (soil nails, anchors, micro piles, soldier piles).
• Ensure quality of finished products.
• Operate, safeguard, and maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks.
• Lead small crews under field supervision.
• Maintain company grounds and job site cleanliness.
• Move and handle heavy drill rods and equipment; set up drill sites.
• Wear proper PPE; follow safety protocols, including fall protection.
• Work around moving equipment; stay aware of hazards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
