Job summary

Generac is seeking an experienced technician to join its dealer network in Crown Point, IN. You will lead generator installations with electrical expertise, document results, and ensure reliable operation of residential and commercial electrical systems.

Role requires 3–5 years in the electrical trade, experience with generators or home automation, and a valid driver’s license for local travel. This is a position with an independent Generac channel partner and involves working on site with

Responsibilities

• Lead generator installations with electrical expertise.
• Document actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis and steps taken to resolve issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems – wiring, distribution, and controls.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent future issues.
