Job summary

Pacific Exteriors is hiring a Lead Generator to attend pre-scheduled events and generate qualified leads for our sales teams. You will work trade shows, fairs, and community events as part of the Events Marketing team.

The role focuses on setting appointments, educating homeowners, and maintaining a high-energy, customer-first approach in a fast-paced exterior remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) and some weekdays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable handling customer objections.
• Strong, clear, and confident communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and set appointments for the Outside Sales team.
• Use high energy engagement techniques to generate interest.
• Ask questions to understand homeowner needs, timelines, and motivation.
• Educate customers on services and what to expect during consultations.
• Represent the company professionally and confidently.
• Event setup and tear down (lift up to 30 pounds).

About the Role

The Lead Generator will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. The Lead Generator will be assigned to work trade shows, events, fairs, festivals, community events, etc. to generate qualified leads for our talented sales teams. This position is part of the Events Marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with potential customers and set appointments for our Outside Sales team to provide product demonstrations.
• Use company provided high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Ask the right questions to understand homeowner needs, timelines, and motivation.
• Educate customers on our services and what to expect during their consultation.
• Represent the company professionally and confidently.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 30 pounds).

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some weekdays as needed.
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable handling customer objections.
• Strong, clear, and confident communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Organized, reliable, and goal oriented.
• Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus—but not required.

What We Offer

• Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives
  - Base pay: $20.00/hour , supplemented by bonuses of $15.00 per qualifying appointment.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly

Pay Range: Most employees average $25.00-$40 per hour with bonuses!
