Job summary

Pacific Exteriors LLC is seeking a Lead Generator to attend pre-scheduled events and generate qualified leads for the local office. You will work at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events as part of the Events Marketing team, engaging homeowners to set appointments for outside sales demonstrations.

The role is part-time, hourly, with base pay of $20.00/hour plus bonuses of $15.00 per qualifying appointment, and a pay range of $25.00-$40.00 per hour including bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and set appointments for Outside Sales to provide product demonstrations.
• Use high energy and positive engagement techniques to engage attendees.
• Ask questions to understand homeowner needs, timelines, and motivation.
• Educate customers on services and what to expect during consultation.
• Represent the company professionally and confidently at events.
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
