Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company in the United States is seeking a Rockstar team-leader to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting the brand at area events in a large metro market.

You will build your own Lead Generation Department, directing Lead Generators to generate new prospective customers at promotional booths at metro events, fairs, and festivals. Lead teams, research events, and manage setup and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Sales or Customer Service.
• Marketing/Sales degree not required but recommended.

• Ensure booths are set up and removed safely.
• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.

Looking for a Rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company's brand at area events in our large metro market!
We’ll give you the tools to build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets! You and your team of Lead Generators will be responsible to generate new prospective customers in promotional booths at the metro and surrounding area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!

• Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
• Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.
• Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
• Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.
• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
