Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a friendly, outgoing Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to represent our brand in big box retail locations. You’ll spark interest in our whole home water systems, gather leads for our sales team, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Position is part-time (up to 30 hours/week) with weekends and some evenings. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus — but not required.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities

• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up

• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
